Grass-fed, trimmed (single chop) to perfectly prepare the chops for unique, aged seasoning in a mix of red masalas, cumin and garlic mix – ready for your style (rare, medium rare, medium, medium-well).

Organic chicken thighs, perfectly sized, trimmed and seasoned with red and green masalas, cinnamon and clove mix. Includes 10 oz Hariyali Chutney or 10 oz Royal Raitha (cucumber or onion)

Resham Kashmiri Paneer Masaala

Perfectly structured home-made paneer marinated in Kashmiri chillis, curry leaves and ginger. Includes 10 oz Hariyali Chutney
